With Australians more digitally active than ever and an ever-changing landscape of cybersecurity threats, we were tasked with gaining a deep understanding of the current state of cyber security awareness and establishing a communications framework for engagement.
Personas across public, small business and enterprise were created along with journey maps
Informed by both qualitative and quantitative research, a behavioural design approach was taken to understand how to effectively engage people with simple steps before, during and after a cyber security incident
"The Tobias team is genuinely passionate about the work they do. Their rigorous approach to research and their ability to maintain focus on user needs is exceptional."
Strategy Director, GoVvernment Cyber Security
We applied the Fogg Behaviour Model to our framework, recommending content and tools should focus on diagnosis and prevention based on when people are most motivated to take action.
Tobias created an evidence based customer engagement strategy to engage and provide tools that move Australians into preventative action around their cyber security. Additionally research artefacts and behavioural models from the project continue to aid the strategic engagement team in creating flexible content and tools for our community in an ever-changing landscape of security threat.
