We applied the Fogg Behaviour Model to our framework, recommending content and tools should focus on diagnosis and prevention based on when people are most motivated to take action.

Outcome

Tobias created an evidence based customer engagement strategy to engage and provide tools that move Australians into preventative action around their cyber security. Additionally research artefacts and behavioural models from the project continue to aid the strategic engagement team in creating flexible content and tools for our community in an ever-changing landscape of security threat.
